Our brand new Cube Store Scunthorpe opened in 2016 to offer our customers the ultimate Cube buying experience. We are the only stand-alone Cube concept store in the UK offering the largest range of Cube Bikes, Parts, Accessories and Clothing all from your favourite brand.
Our staff have been specially trained by Cube to offer advice and technical queries to make buying or owning a Cube the perfect ride. We also have a fully functional workshop and a coffee stop if you just want to pop for a brew.
As a Cube concept Store our relationship with Cube and links to the Cube factory mean we are able to source those Cube Bikes you cannot find anywhere else. On top of all that, new season deliveries are prioritised to us which helps you get your next Cube bike quicker than the rest.

    Postage and Delivery

    At Cube Store Scunthorpe we want to get you your products as fast as possible. Most in stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt and usually aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days. If for an unlikely reason we cannot meet this target you will be contacted and advised of a delivery date. When receiving your item you will be asked by the courier to sign for receiving the items in good condition. If you package doesn’t appear to be in good condition please fully check the contents before signing, failure to do this can affect any possible warranty claims.

    We offer FREE delivery on all items over £25.00 which means FREE delivery on all of our bikes. Delivery is to mainland UK only.     At Cube Store Scunthorpe we aim to make everything about your online purchase as easy as possible and this includes returning items to us.

    Returns Info

    In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us please return it to us which must be within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund.  Any item (excluding underwear) can be returned to us for any reason providing it is returned in ‘showroom condition’. This must be in its original packaging with all tags and valid receipt or delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner.  We recommend using a recorded delivery service and you retain proof of postage.

    Wrong size or you don’t like the item?

    If you are returning items to us that are unsuitable for either refund or exchange you are responsible for the delivery cost in returning the items to us. You should always keep proof of postage for your records and we recommend you use a recorded delivery method when returning items to us.

    Faulty item or wrong item received?

    If you have received items from us that are faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please return the item to us and we will cover the cost of the return. This must be within 14 days of receipt. If you have received the correct item, it is not faulty or it is outside of the 14 day returns period we will not be liable for your postage charges. You should always keep proof of postage for your records and we recommend you use a recorded delivery method when returning items to us.

    Item has developed a fault and is under warranty?

    If you have purchased an item from us and it has become faulty and you believe will be under warranty, please return the item to us for inspection. Please attach a covering letter describing the fault and whether you would like this refunding or replacing. We may have to forward items to the suppliers for warranty claims and this can sometimes take a little time so please bare with us. We need to receive warranty confirmation from the suppliers before we can process your request for a refund or replacement. If you item was in full working order at the time of delivery we cannot refund your postage costs. You should always keep proof of postage for your records and we recommend you use a recorded delivery method when returning items to us.

    Bike returns

    If you wish to return your bike to us, please contact us on 01724 277718 in order for us to arrange a collection. If we have sent you the incorrect bike we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct item. If we have delivered you the correct item but on inspection you decide it is not the bike for you there will be a collection charge of £25.00. Please DO NOT ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike is used or damaged.


    Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the same card used during the original transaction. Refunds will only be given with a valid receipt or delivery note.

    Click & Collect

    Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

    1. Add your items to your basket

    Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.

    2. Checkout using Click & Collect

    Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.

    3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

    Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.


    Frequently Asked Questions

    When can I collect my order?

    For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

    For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

    If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

    How will I know when my order is ready?

    For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

    What do I need to collect my order?

    Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

    We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

    Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

    Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 

    How do I cancel/change my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.

    How do I return my order?

    With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

    You Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that, as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up and get it sent out to you - it often never even hits the stock room shelves!


    With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

    So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
